Psychoeducational groups provide you with information about specific issues. They may also teach healthy coping skills. The therapist provides most of the content through instruction.

Process-oriented groups focus on the group experience. While the therapist leads the group discussion, they act as a facilitator rather than an instructor. You will participate by engaging in group discussions and activities.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

The ABC Model:

CBT can help you explore the tensions in your individual life, and in your marriage relationship. This process involves uncovering expectations, assumption, attitudes, rules and beliefs. During counselling, I can examine these with you, and if necessary, be challenged and change.
